Order Processing
- Processing time: 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
- During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Notes: Transit times are estimates and may vary by destination, customs inspections, and carrier operations. Some items may ship separately from partner warehouses.
Shipping Rates
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.
- Occasional free-shipping promotions may apply; see site banners for details.
Tracking
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- We can attempt address changes if requested within 12 hours of order placement; once fulfilled, changes are not possible.
- Incorrect addresses, refused packages, or unclaimed deliveries may incur reship fees or a restocking deduction (up to 10%).
- Orders marked “delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. If a package is lost after delivery, please contact the carrier to file a claim; we will assist where possible.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees set by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
Pre-Orders & Split Shipments
To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple parcels at no extra cost. Pre-order timelines will be stated on the product page when applicable.
